Refund Policy

At Mint Monroe, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mint Monroe is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Mystery Boxes and Blind Boxes
• Mystery Bags
• Clearance or Sale Items
• Gift Cards
• Opened or Used Products
• Products that have been removed from their original packaging
• Personalized or Custom Orders

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy if eligible.
